Everyone is talking about Artificial Intelligence – the DIHK about Azubi Intelligence

Attention-grabbing campaign around the government district highlights: The future of the economy begins with vocational training. Campaign peak in the week from November 25 to December 1.

20.11.2025 - With the new campaign 'AI – Azubi Intelligence', the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) leverages the ubiquitous topic of Artificial Intelligence to draw attention to another equally crucial type of intelligence: that of trainees. This stands for talent, expertise, innovation, and corporate culture, forming the foundation of a strong economy.

In the coming weeks, the Berlin government district will feature large-format motifs, info screens, and banner advertisements, including a massive poster on Budapester Straße. The campaign is part of the nationwide communication initiative 'Vocational Training Makes More of Us – Now #LearnCapabilities', aiming to engage not only young people and their parents but also Berlin politics.

'Artificial intelligence changes many things – but without Azubi Intelligence, the economy will stand still,' says DIHK President Peter Adrian. 'Our skilled professionals of tomorrow drive progress, enable innovation, and ensure company success.' Despite all technological advancements, the shortage of skilled workers remains a significant challenge for many companies. 'Dual vocational training remains the foundation of our economic base,' Adrian continues. 'It combines practice with forward-thinking and equips young people to become essential performers in enterprises.'

With 'AI – Azubi Intelligence', the DIHK reminds politicians and the public that the future of the economy doesn't solely rely on algorithms, but rather on people who tackle challenges, learn, and shape their environment.
