Everyone is talking about Artificial Intelligence – the DIHK about Azubi Intelligence

With the "AI – Azubi Intelligence" campaign, the DIHK aims to highlight the potential inherent in the human intelligence of upcoming skilled workers amidst the hype surrounding artificial intelligence. The campaign's visuals will be displayed in Berlin's government district by the end of 2025.

Azubi Intelligence is the future: Over 690,000 trainees in industry and commerce are already shaping tomorrow's economy today. By 2030, more than one million trainees will replace skilled workers entering retirement. Exciting facts about apprenticeships can be found in the headlines of our outdoor ad campaign.

The topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is omnipresent, and discussions about AI often overlook the potential of human intelligence. Through its new campaign "AI* – Azubi Intelligence," DIHK puts the spotlight on young talent: Azubi Intelligence signifies talent, expertise, innovation, and corporate culture – the backbone of a strong economy.

To draw attention to these key contributors, DIHK is showcasing large-format visuals, infoscreens, and banners around Berlin's government district during November and December – including a giant poster on Budapester Straße.

The goal is to remind policymakers and the public that the future of German companies does not solely depend on algorithms, but also on people who learn, shape, and drive progress. Despite rapid technological developments, the shortage of skilled workers continues to be one of the biggest challenges for Germany's economy.

The campaign is part of the nationwide communication initiative "Training makes more of us – Start #learningnow" (www.ausbildung-macht-mehr-aus-uns.de) and offers intriguing insights into dual vocational training.
