In the Energy, Environment, Industry department of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), economic policy discussions on energy and climate policy, environmental and resource issues as well as industrial and innovation policy converge. The team works on topics such as national and international energy supply, operational climate protection, hydrogen strategies, electricity market design and environmental policy framework conditions - while representing the perspective of companies to politics and the public.
