Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is a given for the DIHK – both nationally and internationally. The DIHK takes rule and legal violations very seriously. Accordingly, the DIHK follows up on every report, investigates the circumstances, and addresses the misconduct.

DIHK Against Corruption, Bribery, and Discrimination
The DIHK condemns any form of corruption and bribery. The DIHK does not provide benefits to third parties nor does it obtain advantages through unlawful means.
In working with service providers, suppliers, and freelancers, procurement law is observed in accordance with internal procurement guidelines during commissioning. This ensures that contracts are awarded without discrimination and in free competition.
One of our greatest strengths is the pooling of expertise of our employees from many different countries and cultures. Any form of discrimination is incompatible with our values and, therefore, not tolerated.
Anonymous Whistleblowing System
To report possible legal and compliance violations, our employees, partner organisations, suppliers, and other parties can use our anonymous whistleblowing platform. The DIHK Integrity Line enables anonymous contact with the responsible internal department at the DIHK. Here, concerns or information regarding possible violations of laws and/or internal guidelines can be submitted.
Every report is carefully reviewed. If necessary, measures to prevent misconduct are taken.
