Your data is collected to examine your request and communicate with you to initiate a rental agreement for our premises for events.
Your data is processed based on Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Your personal data is transmitted to the DIHK. Our technical support service providers have access to the data.
6. Transfer of personal data to a third country
It is not planned to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organisation.
The provision of your data takes place via a web application on the internet. The confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, and availability of the personal data cannot be guaranteed in this context. Your data can also be accessed via the web application in third countries that do not have data protection regulations comparable to those of the Federal Republic of Germany.
7. Duration of storage of personal data
Your data is not stored in the contact form. After transmission to the DIHK, your data is only stored within the framework of communication with you regarding a potential contract conclusion.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR).
- If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR).

- If you have consented to the data processing or if a contract for data processing exists and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).

9. Right to revoke consent
If you have consented to the processing by the DIHK through a corresponding declaration, you can revoke the consent at any time for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.
