Should German climate policy become more international and, if so, how can this be achieved? This question will be the focus of a conference hosted by the DIHK on December 8 at the Tagungswerk Berlin.
With many supposed geopolitical certainties no longer holding, both climate protection and the economy face major challenges. The DIHK Conference on International Climate Policy will address the opportunities presented by old and new international cooperation, highlight promising projects, and discuss what realistic, effective, and competitive climate policies can look like.
Following the welcome dialogue with DIHK's Chief Executive Helena Melnikov, renowned experts from business, politics, and science will discuss ideas, projects, and tools. They will present practical examples and explore climate-energy as well as geopolitical aspects of international climate policy.
The detailed agenda and the opportunity to register for the free event are available at https://event.dihk.de/b?p=dihkklimakonferenz (only available in German).
