The DIHK has established a whistleblowing system to report rule violations related to the DIHK, such as crimes or serious breaches of internal regulations.
Through the DIHK "Integrity Line," employees and third parties (e.g., service providers or suppliers) can report potential violations or suspicions confidentially and, if necessary, anonymously.
It is also possible to contact the reporting office via email, mail, phone, or in person. In such cases, it is essential to clearly indicate that the report is being made as part of the whistleblowing system so that the designated process can be initiated. Postal submissions should be marked as confidential.
All reports are carefully examined to clarify possible misconduct, rectify it, and take appropriate action. Reporting individuals will receive confirmation and feedback within three months.

The DIHK cannot accept criminal complaints. For such matters, please contact the appropriate authorities. The option of using external reporting procedures remains unaffected by the internal whistleblowing system, such as the reporting office of the German Federal Cartel Office or the Federal Office of Justice.
The DIHK whistleblower system allows for anonymous reports of potential legal violations
